HASHEM SEEKS REBEKAH

Genesis 24 בראשית כד
This beautiful portion of the Torah is a story that portrays an important part in the foundation
of the people of Israel. עם ישראל It also contains within it the cosmic dimensions of the tiqun olam תיקון עולם and the redemption of the world.
Abraham sends his faithful servant to find a wife for his son Isaac. The servant speaks to HASHEM, and HASHEM sends Rebecca.
Now he (the servant) had not yet finished speaking, and behold, Rebecca came out, who had been born to Bethuel the son of Milcah, the wife of Nahor, Abraham’s brother, and her pitcher was on her shoulder.
וַיְהִי הוּא טֶרֶם כִּלָּה לְדַבֵּר
וְהִנֵּה רִבְקָה יֹצֵאת אֲשֶׁר יֻלְּדָה לִבְתוּאֵל בֶּן מִלְכָּה אֵשֶׁת נָחוֹר אֲחִי אַבְרָהָם
וְכַדָּהּ עַל שִׁכְמָהּ:
When the faithful servant of Abraham finds the wife for Isaac, he falls on the ground and worships HASHEM.
The man fell to the ground on his knees and face and worshipped HASHEM.
וַיִּקֹּד הָאִישׁ וַיִּשְׁתַּחוּ לַיהֹוָה
Then he utters a blessing and a prophetic statement.
Blessed be HASHEM the G-D of my Lord Abraham, who has not forsaken
HIS MERCY (GRACE) AND HIS TRUTH
from my Lord (Abraham).
בָּרוּךְ יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהֵי אֲדֹנִי אַבְרָהָם
אֲשֶׁר לֹא עָזַב חַסְדּוֹ וַאֲמִתּוֹ
מֵעִם אֲדֹנִי :
Whenever the combination MERCY (GRACE) AND TRUTH חסד ואמת appears in the Tanach תנך it is the signet of the Messiah המשיח. It is the code name for the Messiah המשיח.
This code or the signet ring is revealed when the Scripture states:
The Torah came by Moses,
and MERCY (GRACE) AND TRUTH חסד ואמת
came by the Messiah Yeshua. המשיח ישוע
In every place in the Torah תורה and in every scripture in the Tanach תנך that the word combination MERCY(GRACE) AND TRUTH חסד ואמת is used, it is a revelation
by the Spirit of G-d that the Messiah המשיח is working on the behalf of Israel. ישראל The Scripture confirms this by declaring concerning the Messiah המשיח
“Whose goings forth have been from old, from everlasting.”
Micah 5: 2
וּמוֹצָאֹתָיו מִקֶּדֶם מִימֵי עוֹלָם
Here the servant of Abraham is representative of the Holy Spirit of Elokim who moved over the face of the waters and is preparing a bride for the Messiah. המשיח This is the redemption of Israel and the entire world. In the beginning when darkness was upon the face of the deep, Elokim spoke and there was light. In the Messiah Yeshua המשיח ישועthere is Life, and the Life is the light of men. This Life destroys the iniquity of the nations and creates good. Because HASHEM saw the light, that it was good.
Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has shone upon you.
For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and a gross darkness the kingdoms, and the Lord shall shine upon you, and His glory shall appear over you.
קוּמִי אוֹרִי כִּי בָא אוֹרֵךְ וּכְבוֹד יְהֹוָה עָלַיִךְ זָרָח:
כִּי הִנֵּה הַחֹשֶׁךְ יְכַסֶּה אֶרֶץ וַעֲרָפֶל לְאֻמִּים
וְעָלַיִךְ יִזְרַח יְהֹוָה וּכְבוֹדוֹ עָלַיִךְ יֵרָאֶה:
HASHEM initiates all things by His Word. Nothing is initiated by the works of men. These works are merely a product of what HASHEM has already initiated.
Abraham’s servant declares this when he finishes his prophetic statement:
“As for me, HASHEM has caused me to rest in the way
to find the house of the brothers of my Lord (Abraham).”
אָנֹכִי בַּדֶּרֶךְ נָחַנִי יְהֹוָה בֵּית אֲחֵי אֲדֹנִי:
And darkness was on the face of the deep, and the Spirit of Elokim was hovering over the face of the water.
And Elokim said, “Let there be light,” and there was light
And Elokim saw the light that it was good…
וְחשֶׁךְ עַל פְּנֵי תְהוֹם וְרוּחַ אֱלֹהִים מְרַחֶפֶת עַל פְּנֵי הַמָּיִם
וַיֹּאמֶר אֱלֹהִים יְהִי אוֹר וַיְהִי אוֹר:
וַיַּרְא אֱלֹהִים אֶת הָאוֹר כִּי טוֹב
