During the Shacharit L’Chol or the Weekday Service, as the Torah is carried to the Ark, the congregation recites Psalm 24. Why is this particular psalm chosen for this important event every weekday?

In Proverbs 28:4 the scripture states “They that forsake the Torah praise the wicked; But such as keep the Torah contend with them.”
The Torah is a teaching, a continual guidance, and instruction. It is not static; it is continually happening on an on-going basis.
