The Isaiah Stone
The inscription in Hebrew which is
carved into the stone
is from Isaiah 66:14.
"And when you shall see this,
your heart shall rejoice,
and your bones
shall flourish like an herb."
וראיתם ושש לבכם
ועצמותיכם כדשא תפרחנה:
This inscription was written
by a Jew
about the time of the Second Temple
upon a course stone
for the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.
It is a monument proving
that the Temple Mount belongs to Israel,
and that Jerusalem is
Israel's eternal capital city.
This ancient inscription
is indisputable proof that
the wall is Jewish,
that the Temple Mount belongs to Israel,
and that Jerusalem
ירושלים
is
the eternal, undivided capital
of our Jewish people.
